THE BIG LOVE | ❤️ SARAH & ROBIN | Will be talking about love this week around here.
Valentine day is coming.| Here is a commissioned illustration job I wanted to share with you from last year. This work is completely original and unique as it is all custom and made to measure for my client.
Featuring two love birds living in NYC, Sarah & Robin one of them is a frenchie working as a photographer while the other is a writer and a trend forecaster.
What a "dream couple" right? 😍

They Both are passionated about image and visuals, They Love fashion, modern art, photography, travelling and graphic design too.
Client gave me a photo of each character and ask me to portraiture them together on a single picture in a colorful and funny way as they always been a happy and smiling couple in life with a lot of sense of humor and self-mockery.
The illustration had to represent a portrait of the happy couple, treated in a quiet offbeat way. Kind of Humorous note on the theme "Just Married" as this work piece was aim to be a gift for their wedding.
Really enjoyed working on that piece with those Joyful and colorful tone.

I took inspiration from "Sex and the single Girl" comedy Film cover starring Tony Curtis, Natalie Wood, (1964) to compose the image.
And as they enjoy graphics the book cover on the illustration was inspired by Paul rand graphic art for those who know the genius.
